If this is your first visit with us, we want to give you a bit of information about what to expect when you come for a service at Dandelion!
General Info.
Who, What, Where, When, Why?!
Where: We are located in Federal Hill, Riverside neighborhood of Baltimore City on the corner of South Charles St. and Barney. Right off of I-95, just west of Riverside park! Click here for directions!
Parking: You can find 2 hour street parking all around the salon and feel safe to stay there. If you plan to be with us past 6pm or longer than two hours, please pop in and grab a parking pass at the front desk!
Confirmation: You will receive a text reminder 72 hours in advance to confirm your appointment, and you can cancel or reschedule on the Vagaro app up to 48 hours in advance..
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to do so before the 48 hour mark by sending us an email or logging into your Vagaro account. Last minute cancellations will result in a fee before you will be allowed to book your next visit. No shows will not be allowed to book with us for any future visits.
Loyalty: For every $10 you spend with us you receive 1 loyalty point! For every 100 loyalty points, receive a free gift from us! Refer a friend and receive an automatic $20 OFF!
Eco-Friendly: We strive to do our part in the fight against climate change with recycled paper goods, Eco Heads, Green Circle Salons, E-Forms, zero paper receipts, and all natural cleaners.

COVID Booking
Our guide for a safe and clean environment
Per state mandates, masking in our space is now optional! Employees will wear a mask when servicing a vulnerable guest. Typically, there are no more than 5 people in the space at a time, all spread out.
If you are experiencing ANY symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID, please stay home. You will not be penalized, and no fees will be charged.
Pricing Structure
Let us explain our "why"!
Dandelion charges hourly for most services, based on skill, amenities and demand. This pricing structure allows us to give you the most relaxing and customized salon experience while assuring our stylists are paid fairly for their time.
Color services are booked in 2-7 hour sessions, depending on the desired service as well as the texture and length of your hair.
All of our pricing is subject to change at any time based on your personal needs and our demand levels.
If you require an appointment that is at peak hours or out of our typical working hours, a 10% price increase will be implemented.
First Time Booking Options:
Color Retouch, Glaze & Haircut

For already colored hair that needs a refresh or gray roots covered and haircut with style.
Extension/ Color Consultation

All extension services require a consultation and deposit.
